Following is important information you should know about your prescription drug benefits.
Please check your GHI or GHI HMO ID card. If you have an Express Scripts Logo on the front of your ID card, your pharmacy benefits are administered by Express Scripts Inc. (ESI). If you see "GHI Pharmacy Services" or "GHI HMO Pharmacy Services" on the back of your ID card, your pharmacy benefits are administered by the GHI Pharmacy Services Program.
