To ensure that you are correctly listed in our GHI, GHI HMO and EmblemHealth EPO/PPO directories, we ask that you review the information we have on file for you in Find a Doctor. If any of your information has changed or is inaccurate, you may update your information by following the instructions outlined below:

Updating Your Information
GHI, GHI HMO and EmblemHealth network practitioners may update your data by logging in to myGHI from the Provider home page with your User ID and password. After logging in, select “Provider Profile” from the left navigation panel. Select “Update Provider Profile” to make changes. Follow prompts to review and submit changes. Practices may select “Practice Profile” and follow the same steps to make changes. For GHI HMO customer service call 1-877-244-4466, weekdays, 8 am to 6 pm; for GHI in New York City weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm, at 1-212-501-4444; and for GHI in all other areas, call 1-800-624-2414.
