Easy online access to doctor and hospital listings
It’s now easier than ever for your members to obtain up-to-date listings of network doctors and hospitals through GHI’s Web site, www.ghi.com. Members can access the online directory that applies to their specific plan, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by following these steps:
- Visit www.ghi.com
- Select “Find a Doctor” from the home page.
- Enter the ID number found on their GHI ID card, and proceed to search their plan’s directory. Members can search by location, provider name, specialty, hospital affiliation, and language spoken.
GHI CBP network going strong
GHI’s CBP network includes providers at more than 90,000 locations in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and more than 109,000 locations nationwide.
Qualcare and MultiPlan providers for benefits received out-of-state
Qualcare is the physician network that GHI has contracted with to supplement the CBP network in New Jersey. The Qualcare network includes providers at an additional 121,000 locations. New Jersey members should identify themselves to providers as having access to the Qualcare network through their GHI coverage.
MultiPlan is the physician network that GHI has contracted with to provide services to members outside of the tri-state area. The MultiPlan network includes providers at more than a million locations, representing all 50 states. Members outside of the tri-state area should identify themselves to providers as having access to the MultiPlan network through their GHI coverage. |
