EmblemHealth Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP)
Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP)
Making sure you have the prescription drugs you need is important. EmblemHealth’s Medicare Prescription Drug Plan gives you flexibility to seek coverage from our extensive network of pharmacies, or from a Medicare-approved pharmacy outside of our preferred network. If you choose a Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan that does not include prescription drug coverage, you will need to purchase a prescription drug plan separately.
To receive coverage under an EmblemHealth Prescription Drug Plan, all you have to do is meet the following qualifications:
- You qualify for Medicare Part A (you are 65 or older, or under 65 with certain disabilities); or
- You are enrolled in and continue to pay for Medicare Part B; and
- You reside in New York state.
Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP):
- $325 deductible
- $4 copay on Tier One Preferred generic drugs

Do you get extra help from Medicare to pay for your Medicare prescription drug plan costs? If so, your monthly plan premium will be lower than it would be if you did not get extra help from Medicare. The amount of help you get will determine your total monthly premium as a member of our plan.
