• Child Health Plus for children up to age 18. It's for working families who are not eligible for Medicaid and can't afford private health insurance.
• Family Health Plus is for people ages 19–64 without health insurance coverage who are not eligible for Medicaid.
• Medicaid Managed Care is for people who are eligible for Medicaid.

All three programs provide access to top-quality doctors and hospitals in our Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester service areas.
